By Lars Hindsley
As the Days and Nights gone by, I sailed the widest seas
And all the winds of change could never beat the best of me
I loved that wide wide sea
Until I docked the shores of Eternity
Her name? I’ll call her Eternity
Her shoreline it’s my destiny
For now that I’ve met her
She’ll never leave me
So go on get tough tell me your mentally strong
But once you find her shoreline and it won’t be long
But you won’t belong,
Because her hearts with me
I’ll never be late for a chance that won’t come again
We’ll cringe at the thought that we’ll never know when
I’m fearing my fate …is a wide wide eternity
While forcing my fate is a key that won’t set me free
Now the days and nights go by …I sail the widest seas…
Now the days and nights gone by, I’ve sailed the widest seas
And all the winds of change seem to beat the best of me
I loved that wide wide sea
Now I find I’m sailing, searching for Eternity
